What we are aiming for
This site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.1, at level AA. That is the standard most public bodies are held to, and it is a reasonable bar for a site whose job is to let somebody arrange work on their home.
In practice that means text you can resize, color contrast you can read, headings in a sensible order, images with descriptions, and every part of the site reachable with a keyboard alone.
Where we know we fall short
We test as we build, and we do not claim the site is perfect. Nobody who tests their own work should.
If something here is hard to use with the tools you use, that is worth knowing about, and it is more useful to us than a passing complaint about the design.
Telling us about a problem
Email office@littlerockconcreteelite.com or call (501) 555-0168. It helps to know which page, what you were trying to do, and what you were using, but tell us anyway even if you would rather not go into detail.
We will come back to you, and we will tell you honestly whether it is something we can fix quickly or something that has to wait for other work.
Another way to get the same thing
Everything on this site can be had over the phone. If a page will not work for you, call (501) 555-0168 and somebody will go through it with you, take the details, and arrange the same thing the form would have arranged.
You will not be treated as a nuisance for calling, and you do not have to explain why the website did not suit you.
